It is a long journey from the Ulhasnagar Girls College with less than one hundred girl's students at pre-university Course in 1961 to Ulhasnagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce and finally to R. K. Talareja College with nearly ten thousand students belonging to various streams of Junior, Degree and post graduate sections. The College has grown as a shelter for more than 300 teaching and non-teaching staff members.
